The value of a business plan cannot be overstated and in this seminar, participants will learn the many different elements of creating a business plan to ensure business success, including:

  • How to create an operations plan for your business;
  • How to complete market research;
  • Understand your competition and develop your target market;
  • How to develop a marketing plan that fits your business needs; and
  • How to develop a financial plan, including cash flow and income statements

After attending this workshop participants will get access to a range of supportive templates that will have you walking away with a draft business plan and will improve your chances of success.

 

Presenter's Bio
