Solva Group creates online presence with Digital Main Street to reach new customers

par Communitech   |   22 février 2021   |   Partager :

Nakazzi Kiyaga-Mulindwa, a Niagara-based business consultant, spent years offering strategic coaching and planning to small and large scale businesses as a career.

After her work had been hit by the pandemic, she saw an opportunity to bring her own business vision to life. In the following months, she spent time learning about digital marketing and made the decision to develop an online presence and a brand identity for Solva Group, but she needed some more assistance.

Once she applied to the Future Proof program, and got paired with a Transformation Team, they were able to support her in developing a website, a new logo, and brand assets such as business cards, digital flyers and quote sheets. Solva Group also received digital marketing strategy and content recommendations to support lead generation online, following their 6 week engagement.

Kiyaga-Mulindwa had this to say about working with a Transformation Team:There’s absolutely no way that I could have created and developed the products the team did and I doubt that it would have been anywhere nearly as professional, relevant and targeted toward clients, or frankly designed as perfectly as what the Team did for my company.”

Ever since participating in the Digital Main Street program, she’s now seeing what’s possible with having an online brand presence. There’s now something tangible that potential clients and customers can interact with.

About Digital Main Street

A $42.5-million investment from FedDev Ontario brought together the Toronto Association of Business Improvement Areas, Communitech, Invest Ottawa and the Ontario Business Improvement Area Association to expand the Digital Main Street Platform in order to support more businesses going digital as a response to the impacts of COVID-19 in Southern Ontario.
