Our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canadapost.ca\/web\/en\/blogs\/business\/details.page?article=2017\/02\/22\/how_to_transform_ret&cattype=business&cat=shipping\">recent survey of Canadian online shoppers<\/a> found that although they value free returns, they\u2019re usually willing to share the cost of return shipping in scenarios where they\u2019re returning the product due to fit or misaligned expectations.<\/p>\n<p>Making sure you state who pays for return shipping upfront in your policy is a good way to set expectations.
