Recognizing the significance of building a safe space for underrepresented and marginalized artists is the impetus for why Lanette Ware-Bushfield launched A WWB Production, Inc. A WWB Production, Inc. is a full-service television and film production company located in Ontario and British Columbia that also supports and uplifts artists by offering applicable techniques, inspirational storytelling, and professional transformation. Lanette Ware-Bushfield has over 4 decades of experience in the film and television industry. Lanette is a member of the Canadian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts, The CMPA as well as SAG/AFTRA/ACTRA/UBCP/AEA, and is a Lifetime Member of The Actors Studio in New York and Los Angeles. As a working actress and producer of colour, she understands the various impacts the media has on underrepresented communities and wants to change that by using her position of influence to uplift and help others thrive.

A WWB Production, Inc. develops and produces original, innovative, and compelling projects that shine a light on underrepresented and marginalized communities of colour who rarely see accurate depictions of themselves on screen. In addition to television and film, the company also produces podcasts, documentaries, and offers mentorship and coaching services for those seeking next-level success.

“I had the most informative, beneficial, and rewarding experience during my time at ShopHERE. From our very first meeting to our last, Katherine, my personal Coordinator, remained patient with me and my constant erratic schedule. She was generous with her time and most importantly, ensured we never missed a learning opportunity or avenue to develop my soft skills where the management of my site is concerned beyond my comfort zone”

With the help of Digital Main Street’s ShopHERE powered by Google program, Lanette was able to develop an online presence. During her time in the program, Lanette worked with her own personal eCommerce Coordinator who supported her every step of the way. Today, A WWB Production, Inc. has a new website hosted on one of our partnered platforms, that provides Lanette with an easy and effective way to manage her online presence.  She feels more confident in pursuing clients because of her attractive, inviting, and informative website which concisely defines all of her services.  This digital transformation has allowed her to advance in her business knowing that the site embodies the best of her services and brand.

“I would never have been able to create such a polished and accessible website that offers ease of manageability, or user appeal in such a short amount of time. All my detailed requests from images to text to testimonials were executed with precision and care. In the end, the deliverables exceeded my expectations, and the result is I now have a consumer website I have confidence in which looks attractive, appealing, and professional!”

Lanette is proud of her new eCommerce site, and she is excited to showcase and share it with prospective clients.

“It is well laid out, clear and concise for customers to navigate. Not to mention it’s everything I asked for. I love it!”
