About the Business

BWorthy Bra Boutique is a lingerie and underwear store in Slave Lake, Alberta, led by owners Michelle and Janice. BWorthy Bra Boutique's vision is to support people by giving them confidence and self-esteem. They do this through the service of personal fitting sessions and the retailing of well-fitted quality products. With the exceptional customer service they offer, they ensure that their customers leave with products that they are confident, comfortable, and happy in.

Key Business Challenge

As a newly opened store in town, Michelle and Janice reached out to the Community Futures Lesser Slave Lake Digital Service Squad in search of ways to increase awareness about their new business. This included questions about digital marketing, growing online, and how to increase their digital presence.

How did the Digital Service Squad help?

Our Digital Service Squad worked with Michelle and Janice to offer foundational strategies to build good social media profiles. From there, the DSS offered tips on creating quality social media posts with an emphasis on posting more regularly. BWorthy has since noticed that they have gained more followers on social media and have even gotten feedback from in-store customers who discovered their business online.

“After taking the courses offered by Digital Economy Program online, plus the one-on-one coaching (with) Sunny , we understood more about social media & significantly increased our digital footprint.”

– Danielle Hessler, owner of Two Twelve Consulting.

If you are in Slave Lake or the surrounding area and looking for quality intimate apparel, undergarments and more, be sure to connect with Janice and Michelle at BWorthy Bra Boutique.
