Helping AgePro into their Golden Years: A Digital Transformation to Ensure the Company Ages Gracefully
Susan Bridges was looking to make her name in the at-home senior care industry, but struggled to bring awareness to her company, AgePro. She knew that AgePro was the best at-home senior care service in Cambridge. Yet, she had trouble getting her phone to ring with potential customers.
As part of the Digital Main Street Future Proof Program, Susan was paired with a Transformation Team to help her grow the business she was so passionate about. The most important aspect of growth to Susan was expanding her reach, so the Transformation Team worked together to boost this through social media, handouts and tools for online success.
To ensure greater exposure to her business, Susan looked to reach a younger consumer base. The team worked to give Susan the tools needed to succeed in the complicated world of social media. They conducted social media and online advertising audits to find areas of improvement. They also provided AgePro with social media and blogging guidelines, as well as customized ad campaigns to help Susan expand the company’s online presence.
AgePro was given a brand-new look through updated brochures and pamphlets. Susan also became equipped with the instructions needed to create and edit graphic documents herself. The Transformation Team did not want Susan to leave the Digital Main Street Future Proof Program without clarity, so they gave AgePro support in the form of detailed how-to guides to refer to in the future.
Susan now feels more ready than ever for AgePro to fulfil its blooming potential. The popularity of at-home senior care is only growing with the pandemic, and AgePro is prepared to deliver. The Future Proof Program changed the future of AgePro by informing potential customers of the amazing work done by Susan and her staff.
