How Digital Main Street Helped Hearing Clinic Increase Web Traffic

par Communitech   |   26 février 2021   |   Partager :

Jinxing Wang is the owner of Life Hearing Solutions, a hearing clinic with three locations in Hamilton, Oakville, and Etobicoke Ontario. Given the nature of the business, a lot of interactions happened in-person but the pandemic forced business owners to reevaluate how they reach customers and drive traffic to their physical locations.

This led Jinxing to the realization that he needed to drastically improve his clinic’s online presence so that customers could clearly find and view information about the clinic’s hours as well as the existing COVID-19 protocols for people looking to book appointments.

The Transformation Team completed a total website revamp, along with new content highlighting the clinic’s COVID-19 protocols that patients needed to be aware of. The team was also able to create a new hearing test appointment booking page for the business, optimize social media pages and Google My Business listings for each of the clinics. These changes have so far led to an increase in discovery (especially on local search), website traffic and a decrease in bounce rates by 13%.

He had this to say about working with a Transformation Team:I do believe that with their good work, the traffic to the website has been increased and as a result, our business has benefited from it. This is a very helpful program for small businesses”

About Digital Main Street

A $42.5-million investment from FedDev Ontario brought together the Toronto Association of Business Improvement Areas, Communitech, Invest Ottawa and the Ontario Business Improvement Area Association to expand the Digital Main Street Platform in order to support more businesses going digital as a response to the impacts of COVID-19 in Southern Ontario.
