When Theresia signed her business up for the Digital Service Squad program, her biggest challenges were branding and creating awareness. SkyLight Events was a brand-new business and did not yet have a digital presence, so it was important to establish online channels to attract new customers.

They also collaborated on the copywriting and organization of information for SkyLightEvents.ca.
