Governance

Governance is where we begin. It has to do with how the design, plans and end results associated with your idea are governed. How will the relevant decisions be made? Who will make them and how will the decision-makers be held accountable? We work with you on the structuring of your organization to execute a given project in the most effective and efficient ways.

We involve members, leaders, and staff of your organization to decide on a project’s fate based on present community needs (for example, deciding on what type of aquaculture facility is needed).  

Organizational Setup:

We work with you on the structuring of your organization to execute a given project in the most effective and efficient ways (for example, structuring a non-profit society to advance an affordable housing project).  

Policy Development:

We create organization policies for a smooth advancement of a given project (for example, developing policies for utilization of space at a community centre).
