Spiffy – Microlearning for Restaurants (beer, wine, spirits, menu items)

We recognize that small businesses can’t develop their own training software, and that subscriptions are hard to manage in high turnover industries like retail and restaurant. Spiffy will give these companies access to a quality training tool on a pay-per-use model, so you don’t need to rely out of of date training and expensive training methods like in-person seminars.

As a Toronto-based startup, we’ll look forward to supporting the restuarants and retail shops in our community via Digital Main Street!

Our platform allows an employer to load training content and build a quiz to ensure it was absorbed. As staff consume content on our mobile app, we’ll provide reporting on staff completions, and provide a reward for their time (in place of wage).
