WaiveTheWait has created an Online Waiting Room where clinics can show patients their AI calculated wait times & travel times to those who have physical appointments, and send them automated reminders on exactly when to leave their home to minimize their time in the wait room. These reminders are based on travel and wait times. After their appointment, our system then gathers feedback from the patients and encourages them to provide Google review if the service was great.
