Social Media Strategic Plans

REES + STAGER will take all input from the planning session and create an executable social strategy, after which a full social media strategy document will be delivered for review. This will serve as the road map for your whole year, and beyond.

After the delivery of the social media strategy document, REES + STAGER will connect with you via conference call to walk through any additional comments, questions, or suggestions you may have pertaining to the social media strategy. Edits to the plan will be made, and a final document delivered. This will be the plan from which your in-house team works.

Social Media Training

Training works best when done in conjunction with the Strategy, this way attendees have a strategic binder to work from, and an overarching plan already created.

In this full-day intensive workshop we’ll teach your social media team how to execute their Social Media Strategy. Once the basics are covered, we explore what types of content to post to each channel for optimal audience engagement. We also touch on how to use social tools, like Hootsuite & SproutSocial, to maximize efficiency. We will help your team create a detailed
content calendar for the year and coming month, brainstorm photography opportunities and go through best practices for really engaging with your fans and followers.

Measurement and tracking is also key – we take a brief look at the tools, and explore the numbers and what they mean. These sessions are very informal, allowing participants to jump in and ask questions whenever they like in order to generate discussion.

Ongoing Social Media Monitoring & Coaching

Our coaching plan will provide your staff with the opportunity to ask questions, look for guidance, and get feedback that can really make a difference when it comes to your online presence. This program includes ongoing monitoring of social accounts, helpful feedback and opportunities identified in real-time, via emails or phone calls, one 1-hour conference call, and up to 4 support/question emails per month.
