Toasting to Success: Helping All Celebrations Revamp their Digital Presence
When the pandemic hit, party rental business All Celebrations was left in a tailspin. With events no longer being held in Oxford County, owners Dave and Cathy Cripps had to pivot. Launching their side business, Cardables, for celebratory yard signs helped them stay afloat. However, the couple saw the pandemic as an opportunity to improve their digital presence before the 2022 wedding season.
As part of the Digital Main Street Future Proof Program, Dave and Cathy were paired with a Transformation Team to help them make this rebrand a reality. Working with the Cripps family, the team identified two areas to focus on: refreshing the All Celebrations brand and improving digital marketing efforts.
The team created a new logo and stationery to bring a modern look to the brand. With fresh promotional materials at the ready, the Cripps family has the tools they need for the long-term success of their business. The team also constructed and relaunched the websites for All Celebrations and Cardables to bring new life to their online presence. With bright colours and stunning visuals, the websites stand out more than ever before.
To identify how to improve marketing efforts for All Celebrations, the team conducted social media and online advertising audits. Using their findings, the copywriter and digital marketer provided the Cripps family with social media marketing, monitoring, and advertising guides. With customized sample ad campaigns and blog posts provided to the couple, Dave and Cathy are ready to create new, engaging content.
“Our Digital Main Street team was fantastic,” says Dave Cripps. “The digital transformation that the team facilitated has positioned us very well for future growth. The team informed us of much needed short-term opportunities through digital marketing, social media, market analysis, blogging, and brand refreshing.”
Using the tools provided by the team, the Cripps family has been given the confidence to promote their businesses online. “The team’s expertise and commitment to our business speaks for itself through our updated digital presence,” says Dave.
