Capacity Building

Throughout our work, we take special care to train and build the mindsets and skillsets for future generations. We work with leaders, staff, and youth members through hands-on tasks, conversations, mentorship and formal training sessions to build internal capacity. We provide hands-on sharing of corporate knowledge with staff and wider community if applicable and as needed.

Training:

We provide hands-on sharing of corporate knowledge with staff and wider community if applicable and as needed (for example, developing standard operating procedures for banking and providing tutorials).    

Seminar and Webinar:

We deliver in-person or online sessions where we share information pertaining to a client-identified project or problem (for example, how to implement and stay on top of a community strategic plan).    

Workshop:

We host workshops that require interaction and engagement with participants in order to ensure effective transfer of knowledge. (for example, how to develop a winning funding proposal).
