1. PLANNING

We’ll start by gathering some information from you to help determine what direction the design of your brand & website will take and how we can keep your vision present in the overall design.

2. PROOFING

We will then begin designing drafts of your logo and mock-ups of your website, which you’ll use to decide what you do and don’t like. Once you’ve decided on a proof that you like, we will begin developing around that design.

3. BUILDING

Your website will then begin to be built on a platform suited to your needs. You’ll be kept in the loop every step of the way, and we’ll be happy to accommodate any changes that’d you’d like to make at this stage. The building phase may include the following:

4. EDITING

As we conclude the development of your site, we will provide you one week from our initial notice to go through and request any final design changes you may have. This will provide the last opportunity for you to make any changes before we prepare to launch your site. Don’t worry though; if you’d like to make changes after this design cutoff, we are happy to do them on our hourly rate! 

5. OPTIMIZING

One week before and until one week after we launch your website, we will optimize any details related to speed, security, and general functionality based on both internal tests conducted before launch and from user feedback during the site’s first week of interaction. We will closely monitor the site for that period, in which at the end, we’ll pass over to you your shiny new site!
