From Idea to Reality: How Digital Main Street Helped a Home Design Firm Rebrand
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, many people are investing in their homes to transform their spaces into places that are enjoyable to live and work in. For the Chatham-based interior design firm Liberty Interior Design, this is something that founder Erin Liberty has always aimed to do. As a result of participating in the Future Proof Transformation Teams program, she and her team are now prepared to rebrand her company, step into the artisan home décor e-commerce market, and continue helping everyday people enhance their quality of life through professional, affordable, and convenient home renovation services.
The Transformation Team worked with Erin and her team to enhance the website that was built by the Digital Main Street ShopHere team by integrating her existing booking and project management platforms, enhancing the visual design, and transforming the brand into Liberty Home, a full suite of interior design services consisting of three sub-brands: Liberty Interior, Liberty Collection and Liberty Marketplace.
In addition to developing the visual feel and copywriting for her three brands, the Transformation Team also helped Liberty Home redesign their logo, update their social media branding, design business cards and develop a brochure. Liberty Home was also provided with professional video editing for a brand overview video to be featured on their website
The entire journey was tied together with comprehensive guidance on how to implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies for their website as well as how to communicate their value to their audiences through social media initiatives. At the end of the program, they were equipped with a series of Liberty Home branded visual templates to help them hit the ground running with their new social media accounts. They now have the tools and resources to successfully move forward with engaging new customers through a website and social media presence that aligns with their brand voice and vision.
