Shaye Belanger helps newcomers thrive in Canada through coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements. She shares that a strong digital presence hoosted her visibility, bookings, and opportunities to connect with newcomers across Canada.

Shaye Belanger, founder of Full Circle Immigrant Services, created her business to help newcomers to Canada thrive in their professional and personal journeys. Through workshops, speaking engagements, and one-on-one coaching, her work focuses on leadership development, integration, and navigating the Canadian workplace.

When she participated in the ShopHERE powered by Google program, Shaye described the experience as “life-changing.” With the guidance of her eCommerce Coordinator, Michelle Foster, she was able to bring her vision online with ease. Shaye said, “Before ShopHERE, I faced the challenge of translating my services into a digital format that felt authentic and accessible.” The program introduced her to tools and strategies she still uses today, including website design best practices, content layout techniques, and customer-first thinking.

Shaye’s biggest takeaway from the program was realizing “how powerful and attainable a strong digital presence can be.” Since launching her professionally designed website, she has seen a major boost in visibility and credibility. More people are finding her services, booking workshops, and reaching out for support. She shared, “One standout moment was receiving a message from a newcomer who said, ‘It finally feels like someone understands what I need.’ That was a full-circle moment for me.” Her strengthened online presence has also led to opportunities to speak at conferences, be featured on podcasts, write articles and blogs, and collaborate with other organizations.

Looking ahead, Shaye plans to expand Full Circle Immigrant Services workshop offerings, partner with more community organizations, and develop downloadable resources and self-guided courses available through her website. With her digital strategy continuing to play a central role, she is scaling her impact and connecting with more newcomers across Canada and beyond.
