HOW IT WORKS

Create an account to receive support. Only eligible businesses can be assisted by Digital Service Squads; however, anyone can participate in the Level Up Series.

Your local Digital Service Squad may be able to help you:

  • Create or enhance a digital presence (Grow/ engage an online audience)
  • Make better business decisions (Collect/ manage data, develop strategies)
  • Improve business processes (Digitize "back office" functions such as CRM)

PROGRAM CRITERIA

The Digital Economy Program is open to any business that meets the following requirements:

  • Home-based or commercial business that is registered in Alberta.
    • Alberta-based Indigenous businesses that are not registered may still be eligible.
  • Businesses with 0-49 employees.
    • This includes self-employed business owners
  • The following types of businesses are ineligible:
    • Non-profits, charitable trusts, and franchises.
