FIRE is a system which allows people in the service industry to easily and efficiently enter all the information needed to create invoices, work orders, quotes, purchase orders, dispatches, reports, forms and capture essentially any other data required to complete their job; all while on location.

The basic philosophy is to make it easy to capture all job information once, by the person doing the job. Then get FIRE to do the work for you — all the information is already there to automatically generate invoices, asset maintenance tasks, inventory depletions, purchase orders, pay stubs, revenue reports, failure analysis and alerts, and almost any other critical piece of information you can imagine.

FIRE also takes advantage of pre-job information to simplify processes.  For example, if a Bid or Quote is created for a client, the information from that Bid can be used when a Dispatch or Work Order is created to perform the job, significantly simplifying the time requried to complete any forms, and reduce errors in billing or forgotten operational requirements.

FIRE can also integrate into your Accounting/ERP or other systems, to reduce re-entry and time taken when other systems are needed.

Why should you have to manipulate spreadsheets and re-type data in multiple systems, forms or paperwork to get what you need. The simple answer is: you don’t.
