This service aims to provide a quick assessment of your business to identify critical areas of your IT Infrastructure that need attention right away.
This service provides a brief overview to ensure glaring IT Issues are identified so a plan to remidiate any major issues can be put in place. This review is performed On-Site and expected to take approximately 1 hour.
This assessment is provided free of charge as an exclusive to Digital Main Street Businesses in London, Ontario.
What will we review/ identify:
- Structured Cabling properly installed/ secured in place
- Server Racks/ Cabinets properly installed and equipment properly installed within
- Physical access to critical areas
- Questionnairre to identify use of Endpoint protection, Encryption, Backups, Ransomware Readiness
- Custom Report identifying Strengths and Weaknesses of your business
Each Report will include a recommendation of Managed IT Services tailored to supporting your business with proper Security, Backups, Patching, and Support for your staff.
