PRODUCT OR SERVICE
To begin to understand why some visitors aren’t converting on your website, you need to understand what they did (or didn’t do) when they got there. This is called website analytics data, and you can use it to better understand the strengths and weaknesses of your site. Google provides a free analytics tool called Google Analytics.
Google Analytics helps answer questions about the effectiveness of your website. You can see where visitors came from, what pages they looked at, and how much time they spent. If you have an eCommerce site, you can see reports about shopping activity, including where people abandoned their shopping cart. Using this data, you can make smart decisions and make sure that the time and money promoting and advertising your website are well spent.
The service is available to anyone with a Google account. For more information, click here.
