As Entrepreneurs, it’s common to experience overwhelm and frustration when trying to grow (and at times just run) your business. It all starts with a free 60 minute Discovery Call to look at your business and identify the lean opportunities in your current operations. We’ll work through a powerful Waste Identification exercise that’s designed to highlight what’s not working as well as you would like it to in your business and create actions to reduce and eliminate waste in your processes. You’ll leave the Discovery Call with a new view of your business and be empowered with actions to elevate your process efficiency and effectiveness.
Once you’ve caught a glimpse of what’s possible, you’ll be eager and excited to participate in the Lean Entrepreneur Program. This is when we’ll get into the details of your specific business and be in action improving your processes. You’ll learn how to use process transformation tools including Process Mapping, Root Cause Analysis and Waste Identification as we work through your business processes and get to the source of your process problems.
The Lean Entrepreneur Program is designed to cause a lean transformation of your business. It’s custom designed to meet the needs of your business and focuses on solving the problems behind your biggest headaches. Clients typically report at least 25% improvement in their process efficiency and costs. As an added bonus, you and your employees will be trained in how to use the Lean Six Sigma tools, leaving you with enough knowledge and practice to get dangerous with it and continue your lean transformation on your own.
