Computer Geeks On Call manages & streamlines your company’s IT infrastructure ( computers, networks, server, cloud services, etc ). We specialize in protecting your digital assettes while keeping your systems secure, compliant & accessible. Our proactive “Monthly Service Agreement” ensures your tech runs smoothly, while providing quick & efficient technical support should technical issues arise.

Flexible Managed IT Services, minimum of 1 hour per month.

1 HOUR FLEX ONSITE SERVICE AGREEMENT
Weekdays 8am to 4pm = $100.57 per month
* excludes holidays ** 1 hour per month included *** additional labour at a rate of $89 /hour

What is included:
Emergency technical support & preventative maintenance on computers, servers & network equipment.
DAILY CLOUD BACKUP – Cloud Backup software & data storage size 10 GB on one computer
* 20 GB Cloud Backup storage size = $20 / month
** 30 GB Cloud Backup storage size = $30 /month

SERVER & INTERNET MONITORING & ALERTS – server monitoring & alerts to notify when the server or internet is down
PRIORITY TECHNICAL SUPPORT – remote & telephone technical services
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE – keep things running smoothly & preventative maintenance, completed after hours where possible
DISASTER RECOVERY BACKUP – disaster recovery backup on server where possible
ONSITE BACKUP DRIVE ROTATION Includes 1 onsite visit to manage backup management ( rotate backup drives )

* Month to month agreement
** Can be terminated in writing, cancellation comes into effect the following month
