Our managed services program compliments your Ottawa and region business by forming a long-term strategic partnership. As your partner, we help you succeed and navigate the technology landscape by providing reliable IT Support.
We detail and document the procedures needed to support your business. This ensures that as our staff change and grow, your support experience remains exemplary.
Most of our managed IT support agreements include flat rate helpdesk, support, onsite labour and maintenance. Productivity, communication, security and cloud products are added to complete our offering. We promise you will never be nickel and dimed for project fees!
No Long Term
Our Service agreements are designed as partnerships, not as a way to hold you hostage. You will never see a 3 or 5-year contract from us. We want you to work with us because we are the best, not because you are held hostage into a long term contract.
Getting passwords from IT providers can be like pulling teeth, we know all about it because we experience it each time we take over from another company. Our managed clients are given access to the same portal that our staff uses, this contains all the technical information we have about your environment. You could even export it if you want to keep an offline copy.
For every procedure, policy or client-specific fix we generate a ‘how-to’ and store it in the same portal as the passwords. If you ever had to move on, that same data is available for you to export.
We Hire Employees
Some IT companies grow by hiring contractors, this isn’t fair to you or to the contractor. There are times where you need to bring in outside people but if the core of your business relies on using a 3rd party to support your clients, something isn’t right. Contractors come and go, this high turnover causes unpredictable support.
No Hidden Costs
All our managed service agreements are priced at a fixed rate, this includes labour for repairs, maintenance and upgrades. We avoid costly project-based fees for things like system or network upgrades, labour is always included.
We Don’t Sell Computers
When we started Demand ITS in 2006, we wanted to be different and to avoid the constant sales pressure most MSP’s put on their clients. We chose not to sell equipment; this keeps the relationship honest and us in the role of a trusted advisor.
