Is your menu online?  If not, you may be losing customers.  MTech Services is offering a Digital Main St. special to assist you with being able to take online orders.  With more people wanting to put in their order online you need to be able to offer your customers with that option.  Ordering online makes it easier for your customers.  Rather than trying to remember what everyone wants and to call it in, they can just click on the menu items they want.  Our online ordering package special includes the features listed below AND our complete Website/Facebook/Google My Business – Complete package as well starting at just $999.

Online Ordering Features

Online ordering features include the following:

  • Complete Package:  All the items listed below under the Complete package
  • eCommerce:  Installation and configuration of eCommerce components
  • Your Menu Online:  Add your entire menu online.  This will make options available to both online ordering and phone orders.
  • Payment Gateways:  There are some gateways such as eTransfer included but other gateways are premium gateways that require fees to a third-party.  Gateways for credit cards all go through third parties which reduces your liability for accepting online payments as all the processing goes through websites that are fully secured so you don’t have to worry about it.
  • Delivery Options:  A simple delivery component can be added for the customer to select whether they want delivery or pickup.  There is an option to purchase a more complex delivery option that will calculate delivery charges when you don’t have a flat rate.
  • Configuration of Orders:  A reasonable number of menu items will be added to your restaurant or store.  We reserve the right to charge additional fees for a large number of products.  This will be discussed during your free consultation.
  • Email Verification:  This system will send an email to both you and the customer with the complete order and charges.  You will be able to respond to the email if you can’t fulfill the entire order, need to make substitutes, or need to increase the order ready time, etc.
  • Basic POS System:  There is a backend option that can be pulled up by an employee to see all orders.  Initial orders are flagged as New but can be changed through the various stages of an order to help staff keep track.  This system also allows you to create various sales reports and to add your phone and walk-in orders to the list.
  • Customer and Guest:  Customers are able to create an account if they wish.  This allows them to see their orders and reorder the same order at a later date.
  • Order Printing:  Want a paper copy of your orders?  A printer can be set up to print the orders for you.
  • Additional Ingredients:  Items such as toppings require the purchase of an additional premium component.  The cost is determined by the third-party vendor.

Website/Facebook/Google My Business – Complete

This package includes all of the following:

  • Consultation:  It is important I understand your requirements and learn your tastes so that your website reflects your business the way you want it to.
  • 5-page Website:  This will be a responsive website that will adjust to the type of device the viewer is using.  Additional pages can be purchased for $5 each if required.
    • Domain Name:  Purchase of a domain name for your website that is valid for 1 year.  Renewals are approximately $20 per year.  This price is not marked up and is based on the registrar offering domain names for sale.
    • Hosting:  One year of hosting on a fault-tolerant server.
    • Email Address:  An email address using the same domain name as your website.
    • Contact Page:  A contact page allows prospects to contact you via a form.  This page is in addition to the 5 pages.  You can ask questions on this form to give you a better understanding of your customer/client’s needs before you reply to them.  A contact form means that you do not have to expose your email address to the spambots.
    • Facebook Posts:  A connection to your Facebook Page to display your Facebook posts right on your website.
    • Facebook Reviews:  A connection to your Facebook Page to display your Facebook reviews.
    • Basic Search Engine Optimization:  SEO configuration will improve your Google search results.
    • Photo Gallery or Slideshow:  Displays your photos and/or pictures in an organized appealing format.
    • A Blog:  A blog is a website component that allows you to advertise your specials, events, or to post articles to keep your customers interested and coming back to your site.
  • Facebook Page:  Creation of a new Facebook Page or optimization of an existing Facebook page.  All relevant settings will be completed to improve your web search results.  Most people are not aware of all the extra information you can add to Facebook pages. It will also include keeping your branding consistent across platforms and ensuring that your cover photo is sized correctly to look good on both a PC/laptop device and smaller devices such as tablets and smartphones.
  • Google My Business:  GMB is probably the best thing that you can set up for your business.  When Google My Business is fully configured and verified your business will display under the Google map for anyone searching for your products or services local to you.
  • Bing Business Directory:  Bing is a search engine similar to Google.  Their business directory is similar to GMB.
