Surprise! It’s an E-commerce Party: Celebrating PartyMamas Event Decors E-commerce Journey

The party begins at PartyMamas Event Decors, where they believe that unique experiences should last a lifetime! PartyMamas Event Decors, is a family-owned party decorating business located in Collingwood, Ontario, providing clients with themed balloon creations, party rentals, and decoration setups. From intimate affairs to large gatherings, Joanne Bagong-Xhani and her team wanted to make every celebration memorable and creative. At PartyMamas Event Decors, each client can trust that their vision will come to life with each intricate detail paid attention to. For Joanne and her team, every service matters, and every service must be excellent as their goal is to make their clients' entire experience one to remember. For that reason,when Joanne thought of creating an online presence, she envisioned a team that would also provide great service to herself, her team, and her business. That's when Joanne found out about the ShopHERE program powered by Google. 

The ShopHERE powered by Google program assists small businesses with setting up an e-commerce site with free 1-1 support and training.  Upon eligibility, the program guides small business owners through each website-building process in a clear, step-by-step manner. Designed for small businesses preparing to embark on their e-commerce journey, the program assists them in creating an online store, training them in editing, managing, and marketing the store, and ultimately ensuring a successful website launch. Combined, this support benefited Joanne and her team greatly. PartyMamas Event Decors's new online store allows new and existing clients to book, contact and learn about their business online.

As a part of the program, each client is assigned to a dedicated E-Commerce Coordinator to help reach their business e-commerce goals and offer tailored support and resources.  The E-Commerce Coordinator assigned to Joanne coordinated meetings, and a detailed schedule and together with Joanne, developed the PartyMamas Event Decors's website.  To gain knowledge on editing and managing the website on her own, Joanne was also trained one-on-one by her Coordinator.
