It helped us shape a vision for our social media pages & understand how to best engage with our followers. Overall, we have a better grasp on how to run a successful business page on social media.

About the Business

Located in Bentley, Alberta, The Drop Coffee & Tea is a coffee shop that offers a variety of coffee and tea beverages. The shop also offers a range of baked goods and other local products. The Drop recently moved locations to a new spot where they’ve created a warm and welcoming place to enjoy a warm drink and other goodies.

Key Business Challenge

The Drop Coffee & Tea came to the DSS with the goal of learning more about the social media platforms they were currently using, including Instagram and Facebook, and the best practices to utilize the tools and features on the platforms. They were also wanting help with expanding on their content ideas.

How did the Digital Service Squad help?

DSS provided meetings where we focused on understanding the types of content that could be created. We also covered the tools, features, and analytics that could be utilized in reaching and understanding their target audience. We concluded with meetings where we discussed brainstorming content topics and provided tips on expanding on ideas they may have trouble creating content for.

“The program was fantastic! We learned so much about the ins and outs of social media and Angelica was very knowledgeable to be able to answer questions, offer solutions, or suggestions. It helped us shape a vision for our social media pages & understand how to best engage with our followers. We were taught about the Meta Business platform which completely transformed how we managed our social media in terms of organization and planning posts. Overall, we have a better grasp on how to run a successful business page on social media.”
