London Neurofeedback Clinic Spreads their Good Vibrations with Digital Main Street
Founded in 2012 by Susan Gillies, Good Vibrations Neurofeedback is an alternative mental health and nutrition business centred in Thedford, Ontario. The business offers a wide variety of Neurofeedback training options for in-office or at-home sessions, including Neurofeedback equipment rentals and purchases, in addition to supplying holistic wellness supplements and counselling, wellness accommodations, and other alternative health treatments.
During the initial wave of COVID-19 lockdowns in March of 2020, Good Vibrations Neurofeedback was forced to withhold its in-office activities, which constituted the greatest portion of its revenue, and close its primary location in London, Ontario, relocating entirely to its secondary office in Lambton Shores.
In January, 2021, Susan applied to the Digital Main Street, Future Proof Program in order to completely revamp her branding, website and social media. The goal was to properly establish her business in an online marketplace, and solidify additional sources of revenue that could be utilized during periods when physical interaction is prohibited.
The Transformation Team completely revamped the brand identity and website presence which has given Susan’s business a cleaner, more modern look. The team also devised a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy on page and with the Google My Business profile to ensure that the business is more search engine friendly and discoverable to new audiences.
“The completion left me with significant advancement in social media presence for my business and a website that is very effective and enjoyable to explore. There was extensive documentation filled with valuable items that I didn’t know I was getting (additional artwork, a letter for clients, etc.) that will help me with continuing the work. I know I will heavily use the instructions to make my own changes to the website. The team also sent a very thorough handoff document capturing all the work that was accomplished”, says Susan.
The business is better equipped to retain existing customers, spur renewed interest, and enlighten people unfamiliar with the business’s products and services on the benefits and effectiveness.
