Nutrition For Your Mind & Gut Goes Digital

Krista Znebel is the founder of Sprout Your Health, a holistic nutrition consulting business that specializes in anxiety and digestive health. Krista offers programs tailored to fit an individual's needs and helps clients implement dietary changes to reduce and improve the symptoms they are experiencing.  

Before founding Sprout Your Health, Krista worked in a corporate setting where she was stressed, and anxious, and had to take a leave of absence in order to improve both her mental and physical health. During her time off, she decided to follow her passion and go back to school for holistic nutrition where she received her certificate which allows her to now run her own online practice. Krista now teaches other midlife, anxious, corporate workers and moms how to eat to manage and reduce their anxiety as well as stress reduction techniques, and lifestyle recommendations to live a happier, more calm life. 

When Krista signed up for the ShopHERE powered by Google program she had two goals. The first was to create an online platform that provides customers with a strong visual outlet to read about her company’s services so they can see if it would be a good fit for them. The second goal was getting her name out to the public more, and allowing her to expand her store to a larger audience and beyond her current networks. 

Krista joined the ShopHERE powered by Google program and was partnered with Ly, an eCommerce Coordinator to brainstorm ideas and receive accessible and timely assistance in building her new website. Krista says she could not be happier with the service she received while working alongside her eCommerce coordinator. Ly helped her incorporate topics into her website that she would never have been able to figure out on her own. The guidance she received during the experience on how to use Bookmark was also beneficial and saved her a great deal of time – and the site was built exactly how she imagined.  

“Ly was amazing. She was always quick to respond with thorough details and screenshots of how to help with the questions I had. She was also good at checking in and keeping me on track to keep things moving along.” 

Krista says now that she has launched her website and has had time to reflect, she can say the process allowed her to use her artistic outlet while designing and creating something that shows what her business stands for.  

“I loved the ShopHERE program! It was very supportive and kept me accountable to a timeline to actually get my website up and completed. I definitely don't think my website would be as beautiful without the help of Digital Main Street.” 

The help that she received during her time in the program from her eCommerce Coordinator kept her on track and allowed her to officially accomplish her biggest business goal for 2022, launching her new website!

Now having completed the program, Krista has reflected on her experience and says that she: 

“…recommends asking for help as it can save a huge amount of time! At first, I wanted to do my website completely on my own but didn't have the time for this. Having Digital Main Street help with time management, provided support when I didn't know how to use the website design program, and taught me valuable knowledge for managing my site going forward.”
