London Flower Business Blooms Despite COVID- 19 Cancellations

Award winning Ontario florist expands her business into the online realm during COVID-19 pandemic. Time 4 Flowers owner Rosemary began her business 7 years ago, after working in customer service and office administration for a number of years. In 2012 Rosemary went back to school for Floral design with a plan to become a wedding planner. During her studies, she fell in love with flowers and knew it was her calling. Rosemary describes herself as your typical hopeless romantic who loves people, life, weddings, and creativity. With a flair for floral arrangements Rosemary has built a successful and trusted business in the London area.

Time 4 Flowers has been specializing in floral wedding arrangements and bouquets since opening. Business has been booming, and after having been part of many beautiful weddings, Time 4 Flowers is now booking weddings 1-2 years in advance. This success can be attributed to Rosemary's passion and great customer service. She says “I love what I do, every single wedding we book is special to me.” Time 4 Flowers has received the ‘Favorite Florist’ award two years in a row, in 2016 and 2017 and in 2019 won gold in the ‘Favorite Florist’ division. Rosemary recounts her businesses success saying that winning the awards has been “an amazing and humbling experience.”

Earlier this year Rosemary expanded her small business and moved the once in-home business into a studio. An exciting milestone for her business was met with the COVID-19 pandemic, and forced her to look for new ways to make her business blossom now that many weddings were cancelled or postponed. Rosemary decided that this was an opportunity to launch new services and revamp her business. Originally focusing on weddings and events, Time 4 Flowers pivoted their businesses to become a day-to-day florist, offering arrangements with local delivery options available. When discussing the new business opportunity Rosemary said,

“I never thought I could fall in love being a day-to-day florist, but find myself in this position now and loving every minute of it.”

Time 4 Flowers offers beautiful bouquets for any occasion that fit all budgets. All bouquets and gifts are assembled by expert and passionate florists. With the new online store launched by the ShopHERE Powered By Google Program, Time 4 Flowers is now a fully functional online e-commerce store. Customers can visit the website, pick out the perfect flowers and conveniently order online or over the phone.
